Student’s Loan Bureau

The Students Loan Bureau is Jamaica’s national student financing institution, responsible for enabling thousands of young people to access tertiary education each year. As the organisation modernised its services — expanding loan programmes, improving digital access, and repositioning itself as a partner in students’ long-term development — it needed a brand that reflected this evolution.

The rebrand focused on translating that institutional shift into a clearer, more contemporary visual language. The new identity was designed to feel open and accessible while retaining the credibility expected from a public financial body, aligning SLB’s public image with the role it plays in shaping educational opportunity across the country.

Rather than a cosmetic update, the project focused on translating organisational change into a clearer and more contemporary visual language — one capable of building trust with a new generation of students.
